Hey Y’all!! I’m Sam and I’m originally from Connecticut. I made the move down to beautiful Tennessee two years ago. I’ve been doing lash extensions for 5+ years I was one on one trained and certified in all lash extensions styles/types back in 2017. Cancellation Policy
We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment.
We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider.
In the event 48 hours notice is not given we will try our best to re-book the appointment time. You will not incur a charge.
If we are unable to fill the time slot and are notified later than a 48 hour window-we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session.
Additionally, a no-show appointment will result in a full charge of the service booked. Again, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment so that we may make other arrangements or offer the time slot to another client.
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you text us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will be charged in full for the appointment that is scheduled. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
If you request to modify or reduce the booked service upon arrival, you will be obligated to cover the entire cost of the initially scheduled appointment. Kindly ensure you book the appropriate appointment duration to optimize our service based on your schedule.
